    During our first week back to be school, we will be learning all about Sikhism.

    We are learning to understand the significance of the River Ganges both for a Hindu and non-Hindu.

    Our Key question for this enquiry:

    Would visiting the River Ganges feel special to a non-Hindu?

    In Science, we will be learning about Animals including humans. We will be discovering what foods are healthy and unhealthy for us and looking at the skeletons of both animals and humans.



    CHANGING ME

    During Jigsaw learning this half term, our focus will be 'CHANGING ME'. 

    Throughout our jigsaw lessons, we will be discussing our bodies, observing how we grow and change and discussing these differences.


    READING COMPREHENSION

    What are we reading this half term?

    In our daily reading comprehension sessions, we will be learning:

    - Iron Man

    - The Ice Palace

    - House of Snow and Ice

    - The Heavenly River

    - New Year Celebrations

Our CLASP day is a THURSDAY. PE and Music is on a FRIDAY. Please make sure children have the appropriate clothes in school. You can wear your PE kit to school on Fridays.
