Just a note to say:
Thank you for your continued support. As always, if you would like to have a chat about anything, please do not hesitate to make an appointment with me via email or at the gate. We do have parents evening coming up, which is a great opportunity to discuss your child's progress.
Your child will be put into a Read Write Inc groups appropriate to the sounds your child needs to learn.
'Teach your monster how to read' and 'Reading Eggs' are useful phonics games that can be downloaded on smart devices. At times, children will be able to access these in school to aid their learning.
Children are required to read daily, practice any spellings and revise information from the knowledge organiser, which will be given on the first week back. Children may also choose to complete homework from the homework grid below for a reward.
In Green class a as a whole, we really need to work on our letter formation and handwriting, so any extra work on this would be beneficial.
