Making a complaint – an easy read guide for parents

If you have already made an attempt to resolve your complaint and have been unsuccessful, please follow the stages below.

Stage 1 - Discuss the matter with an alternative member of staff.

This could be someone from the Senior Leadership Team; Mrs Wright (Headteacher), Miss Pope (Deputy Headteacher), Mrs Bailey (Assistant Headteacher), Mrs Hunt, Miss Muia,  Mrs Stringer, Mrs Hopson or Miss Albiston.

Stage 2 – Complete a complaints form and a supporting letter, if appropriate (this form is available at the bottom of this page or from the school office). Hand in the form and any additional paperwork into the school office and it will be passed to an appropriate member of the Senior Leadership Team to investigate.

Stage 3 – Request the above documents are passed to the Chair of Governors to investigate.
